Classic treatment which represents the western standard for massage. Classic massage is a whole-body therapeutic massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health - creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system. The massage therapist will use five main types of massage techniques in a Swedish massage: stroking and gliding, kneading, rubbing, tapping or pounding, vibration
- Sports Massage -
Sports massage can be thought of as a deeper version of deep tissue massage. The two massages are similar - firm pressure, focusing on muscles and connective tissue. Sports massage focuses on going deep and well into the muscles to release knots and increase blood flow. Focus on local areas can be requested, depending on individual needs.
- Relaxation Massage -
There may be no such thing as perfect relaxation, but the relaxation massage takes you pretty close! Massage is not only for those who need to release tension and stiff muscles, but also for those who want to be pampered and enjoy. Leave it to you to book an appointment and put yourself first
- Deep Tissue Massage -
In deep tissue massage, muscle tension is released with even, calm and firm pressure. The goal is to release muscle tension, knots and stimulate blood circulation. This treatment is ideal for those with aching and sore muscles.
- Maternity Massage -
The perfect way for mama to relax and enjoy. When women are pregnant the pressure point for balance changes and they will experience more pressure on shoulders, neck and back. Maternity massage increases the blood flow to the body and releases stress. Our massage therapist uses a specially designed bench where the woman can lie and on her stomach to ensure best possible comfort.

Perfect for those who want to focus on one muscle area.
- Hot Stone Massage -
Hot stone Massage gives you very deep relaxation and is very good for swollen muscles and arthritis. The stones are heated to 50-60 degrees and the body is massaged with the soft stones. The stones work deeper and soften the muscles sooner, and during the massage the blood vessels dilate due to the heat and the blood flow to the muscles increases

How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of any scheduled spa treatment(s) so you can familiarize yourself with your surroundings, and allow yourself time to change.

What is the cancellation policy for a massage or treatment?
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you miss your arrival hour, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to experience the service at Silfra Spa. When you complete your booking, you agree to our terms & cancellation policy, privacy policy and safety standards. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice we will charge you in full
