Silfra Spa is the perfect place to balance the mind, body and soul. At Silfra Spa, your comfort and well-being are paramount.

The facilities are first class and offer a hot tub, a cold tub and a floating pool.

We have a gym facility as well as sauna, one for each changing room. With entry you will get a robe, towel and a key for the lockers. In our lounge you can enjoy a relaxing meal in your robes.

FAQ

What should I bring with me to the spa?

You must take your swimwear or buy one at the reception. Everything else you need is provided! A robe and towels will be given to you when you arrive along with a locker to store your personal belongings. The Spa cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. Please leave valuables at home or in your locker.
Do you have lockers to secure my belongings?

Yes, there are lockers in the changing rooms, which we give you at the spa reception.
How far in advance do you need to book to go to the spa?

On the same day is enough. For larger groups, you need to order 24 hours in advance
What is the age limit at Silfra spa?

The age limit in the gym and in the spa is 16 during the year. Treatments are in consultation with the guardian and therapist.
Can I bring my own drinks into the spa?

We sell soda, juice and alcoholic beverages. Any opened drinks that are not from us will be taken and the person will receive a warning
Can I eat in the spa?

In the wet area, food is not allowed, but we have a wonderful Lounge area where you can sit down and eat, relax and enjoy yourself in a relaxing environment with tasty dishes from our Hekla Restaurant Menu
Is it possible to get an appointment for equipment lessons?
